Back on the canal after coffee and croissants, double breakfast when I get to Castelnaudary. The riding is fast but I rack up a lot of kilometers due to the way the canal twists and turns through Languedoc-Rousillon. I arrive at my brother's place in Narbonne late afternoon. Time for another long visit.
