After a leisurely breakfast I finally get on the road at 10h45. The trip to Narbonne is uneventful; I take the highway for almost the whole ride. French tollbooths are brutal. You pull and they something like: "Hello, that will be 10 dollars please"... Ridiculous. Between that and the cost of gas driving from Cahors to Narbonne costs me about 45 dollars.
I get seriously lost trying to find Brad's place. When I make it I take a nap, then go out and get some food. Narbonne is a pretty town with lots of winding old streets.
