I don't get out of Narbonne at the crack of dawn, which is about par for the course for me in Narbonne. Straight to Jonquiera on the highway then off into the mountains. I quickly discover that the map I have is crap; entire towns and roads are missing. In spite of this the riding is good and I hit some nice roads around Ripoll and Prats. I hop back over the French border to Céret and ride the Col de la Seille. The mountain border crossings no longer exist, sometimes without even a sign to indicate that you've passed into another country.
